The Pilgrimage of Bones

Taking advantage of a quiet work moment (and waiting for my new passport), I checked what was a cheap flight in the second half of June. Ostrava showed up and it was a pretty good choice. First, despite having visited Czech Republic (sorry, can't really switch to "Czechia)" six times, I have never been there in summer. Second, I can take the chance to finally visit Kutná Hora and its famous Sedlec Ossuary. And Ostrava seems an interesting city. Capital of the Moravian-Silesian Region, it has both the classic Central European feel and a big industrial atmosphere.

Third, here the weather is much better than in Milan.

I just landed, and I am now heading to town by train. Needless to say, the train is comfortable and provides free wi-fi. The real version of free wi-fi, no registration, no bullshit. And no applauses upon landing, must have been 80% Czechs and 20% Italians...
